Not all expectant mothers feel the same way during pregnancy. Anyone feel the complaint during pregnancy, some are not at all. Minor health problems are often experienced by pregnant women is like a muscle spasm, constipation, nausea, vomiting, swollen feet, heartburn pain, vaginal discharge, varicose veins, and so forth


Some Constraints / Common Health Problems Faced In Pregnancy pregnant women:

1. Lumbago

These complaints are often experienced by pregnant women when pregnancy begins to enlarge. Along with the baby's weight gain will compress your abdominal muscles and back muscles. In pregnant women, these complaints are often perceived by back and abdominal muscles are weak, often bent or in those who wear the high heels.

2. Taste-Vomiting Nausea and Vomiting

Not all pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting, usually when there are pregnant women who experience nausea or vomiting are not exceeding 3 months. 4. Whitish

 5. Varicose Veins

6. Muscle Cramps

Cramping is a situation where there is a sudden muscle spasm especially in the calf muscle and will disappear after a while. Cramps or muscle spasms such as these are often perceived in women who are pregnant. This is possible due to several factors: a lack of vitamins and minerals for pregnant women require more vitamins and minerals than usual. Intake of vitamins and minerals will help to prevent cramps in pregnant women. 

7. Bad taste in the Heart

Along with the increased size of baby in the womb, the baby will push the hull so often lead to backflow of stomach acid that cause unpleasant taste / feel like a burn on the lower chest and upper abdomen. This juice appears when you bend too fast and burping after eating.

8. Difficult Toilet

Besides, because the baby in the womb that suppress the bottom of the large intestine, pregnant women are less active, drink less or consume less fiber foods can cause a bowel obstruction (BAB). The existence of hemorrhoids can also cause this.   

9. Urinary infection

Maintain hygiene during pregnancy is extremely important, because it can result that are not good for you and your unborn baby. One of them is a bladder infection, see your doctor immediately if you develop a complaint of frequent urination, pain and heat at the time of urination or cloudy or bloody urine. If this is not treated properly it can cause infection of the kidney with symptoms of fever, chills, back pain (kidney area) pain accompanied by frequent urination.

10. Swelling in Foot and Ankle

Things like this were common in pregnant women, a little swelling in the feet and ankles due to water accumulation. Rest for 1-2 days with legs raised or elevated with a pillow propped way or the other then the swelling goes away by itself. If the swelling does not go shrinkage or even more severe, consult a doctor immediately because it feared any more serious disorders.
