6 Hidden Women's Health Problems

Women's Health Problems - Many women who experience serious health problems, but are reluctant to put it. Why is that? Because the problem is related to the affairs "behind", something that is not worth talking about. "The condition of the most embarrassing is the topic around the bathroom, such as urinating constantly, bladder problems, straining magazine, menstrual problems, and vagina," said Donnica Moore, MD, women's health experts from Far Hills, NJ "Talk about toilet is often followed by a problem of body odor, vaginal odor, bad breath, all of which are considered shameful.

1. Urinate Repeatedly

More than 17 million American women have problems with bladder control. Unfortunately, many are reluctant to discuss women's health problems is because they think we should be able to control ourselves. "We also see these things as conditions associated with age, while no one wants to admit that he had aged. But one in three women who experience this age under 35 years," said Moore.

While this can be said is not normal, you need not worry because there are treatments for it. Reducing the drink did not help, because this will only aggravate the condition because the bladder can be irritated. Urinate repeatedly occurs naturally in the perimenopause, it is clear Jacqueline Thielen, MD, consultant on women's health clinic at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, Rochester, Minn.. Medication, dietary changes, and Kegel exercises, can strengthen the muscles that control urine flow.

2. Bloating

Gas levels in the stomach is often related to what we eat, so it can be overcome by eating a varied menu. According to Thielen, "There are many things that can cause gas, do not just eat the beans. I think people will also be surprised to learn that drinking from a straw can produce air in the gut." Other vegetables that contain gas, such as cabbage, also need to be avoided.

3. It's Hard To Push

This condition is characterized by pain or discomfort in the abdomen, and changes in bowel patterns due to repeated straining, diarrhea, or constipation. It affects 10-15% (or even more) in general population, according to the International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders, based in Milwaukee, Wis. "People may be embarrassed to reveal this because they feel different from others. But this is very common in women, and in fact there are many things you can do about it," said Thielen.

4. Excessive Sweating

It's also a very embarrassing women's health problems, whether the sweat on the palms, soles of the feet, or armpits. This, according to Donnica Moore, should be evaluated by a physician. Doctors can make prescription antiperspirants, or in extreme cases, Botox injections. Thielen added, "If you observe a difference in your sweat, or if it creates problems, and you do not do certain activities that cause excessive sweating, or it began to interfere with your life, do the treatment immediately."

5. Vagina Smells

This could be an indication of infection, but not necessarily due to fungal infection. If you use an antifungal cream is too excessive, the result is worse. You should just follow the rules of usage. "Some women think they are just different smells, but this may affect body image or their feelings with regard to sexual activity," said Thielen. The only way to cope is to consult with a physician.

6. Lack of Libido

Generally, women are reluctant to raise the issue of decreased libido, but this could be a sign of a bigger issue. Low libido may be caused by psychological problems, biological, or social, so these aspects require investigation to determine the cause. For example, a woman may be caring for an elderly parent so time is consumed. Physically and emotionally he was no longer thinking about sex. Low libido can also be caused by depression, anxiety, or poor body image. While the biological causes include heart disease, diabetes, or drugs.
